From humble beginnings and ownership of a single property in 1991, we have successfully developed, acquired, and managed full-service, extended stay suites, and limited feature hotels throughout the county.

Kalthia Group Hotels is a growth-oriented, hospitality management company. Philosophically, however, Kalthia Group Hotels is different from other hotel management companies in that our principals/partners have ownership positions in all of the hotels that we manage. Thus, the company has more significant interest in all aspects of service excellence, product quality, and property performance than many other hospitality management groups.
