In her role as Social Reputation Manager for KG Hotels, she has assisted in developing and implementing policies and procedures for all properties in the KG Hotels family, while ensuring that Brand Standards for each unique franchise are adhered to. She manages and maintains multiple social media platforms and ensures consistency and authenticity in public correspondence, which in turn develops brand awareness and generates inbound web traffic. She is responsible for the analysis and review of guest satisfaction surveys and scores, and observes trends and patterns that impact the overall guest experience. She is integral in the onboarding and training processes for the guest service ambassadors on the property level.
